Our Southport 1600mm Kwila Outdoor Timber Table is truly a statement piece and will make gathering for dinner outdoors with family and friends a wonderful event.
An impressive 1600mm x 1600mm square table top. The huge table top rests on four x four rough sawn Cypress legs that resemble a square pedestal base. It is perfect for hosting parties of twelve people. Plenty of room for the food in the middle, and everyone is around the table. No one gets left out of a conversation.
If the table is not kept under cover and you require shade, an umbrella hole can be included for a little extra cost.
KWILA
Kwila, known also as Merbau, is one of the world’s most used timbers for outdoors. It is rich dark red in colour by comparison to the paler Cypress wood we use for the legs and frame of the table. Both timbers however are particularly resistant to termites which many other outdoor timbers regularly are not.

THE SOLID TIMBER MAN
This table is part of our The Solid Timber Man range. We manufacture this range from scratch on site at our factory in Queensland. All The Solid Timber Man furniture pieces can be purchased separately. Or Mix and Match to suit your needs. Predominately we use Australian grown Cypress timber along with other Australian timbers fastened together with heavy duty bolts. This is unlike cheap imports which use flimsy screws that can’t be tightened and wear holes after time.

So Cutek is an oil based wood protection system that penetrates deeply into the timber where it works to control moisture from inside out. Likewise Cutek products do not peel off or crack. Product coated with high quality timber protective oil Cutek® Extreme CD50 ready for outdoors. Cutek® Extreme CD50 won’t form a film instead diffuses through timber controlling moisture from the inside; significantly slows down the rate of moisture exchange between wood and the environment; stabilises timber by controlling moisture for many years, minimising movement; is not a film so does not need to be removed before recoating, greatly simplifying maintenance.
