This Recycled / Mixed Timber Setting is possibly one of the largest we’ve made, in size and weight!
The setting size mattered, and just as important was it’s functionality. The table was a whopping 3600 mm in length, and 1200mm in width. For the ease of moving, and in addition, our client requested we attach castors on to the tables legs.
With so much timber there’s a great variation of colours and the yellow-brown to pale reddish brown colour ranges really dominate.

The Kirra 2100 Teak Outdoor Timber Setting design is straight forward – very neat – excellent for long balconies as you can tuck the benches away underneath when not in use.As well as being weatherproof, Teak is extremely strong as it is dense, close-grained, tropical hardwood. Kirra 2400 Teak Outdoor Timber Setting inserts includes a table L: 2400mm and W: 950mm with two matching backless benches that tuck under the table nicely to stow when not in use.
In between the outer slats on table top, a shorter slat insert fits each end. These inserts match the rest of the table. But in the same way they break the clean-lined table a little.
Teak is not only hardy and easy to care for requiring little maintenance, it is also a beautiful timber.

All The Solid Timber Man furniture can be purchased separately or Mix & Match to suit your needs. Predominately we use Australian grown Cypress timber along with other Australian timbers fastened together with heavy duty bolts – unlike cheap imports which use flimsy screws that can’t be tightened and wear holes after time.
