Our sizes are completely customisable upon request.
Widths are based on 85mm wide boards but we can use other sizes upon request.
- Length: 1200mm, 1800mm, 2400mm, 3000mm, 3600mm.
- Width: 935mm, 1020mm, 1105mm, 1190mm.
- Height: 760mm.
- Thickness 20mm.
- Weight: Depends on dimensions normally a four person lift.
- Timber: Cypress (most common) Blackbutt, Kwila (also known as Merbau), Spotted Gum, Pacific Teak, Jarrah etc.
- Umbrella hole optional.
- Frame: 100 x 50 Rough sawn cypress (Standard), 90 x 45 Kwila or Spotted Gum etc.
- Finish: Cutek Oil (most popular), Varnished, Painted, Lacquered.
- Suitable for outdoor and indoor.

Cutek® Extreme CD50
Each piece of timber outdoor furniture from The Solid Timber Man range has been pre-coated twice with Cutek oil. Cutek is an oil based wood protection system that penetrates deeply into the timber where it works to control moisture from inside out. Cutek products do not peel off or crack. They impart exceptional long term stability to the timber. They also enhance the natural beauty of wood without obscuring its natural characteristics and features. Product coated with high quality timber protective oil Cutek® Extreme CD50 ready for outdoors. Cutek® Extreme CD50 won’t form a film instead diffuses through timber controlling moisture from the inside; significantly slows down the rate of moisture exchange between wood and the environment; stabilises timber by controlling moisture for many years, minimising movement; is not a film so does not need to be removed before re-coating, greatly simplifying maintenance.
