Compared to larger settings, our Currumbin Outdoor Timber Setting comfortably accommodates 8-12 guests. Despite its compact size, this setting remains a popular choice for outdoor entertaining due to its functional design that maximizes space. The solid high back benches provide a cozy atmosphere, allowing guests to relax and enjoy themselves. Additionally, the benches can be detached and used for extra seating in other outdoor areas, offering flexibility and the opportunity to create multiple matching outdoor spaces in your home. KWILA
Kwila, known also as Merbau, is one of the world’s most used timbers for outdoors. It’s rich dark red in colour by comparison to the paler Cypress wood we use for the legs and bases of the setting. Both timbers however are particularly resistant to termites which many other outdoor timbers regularly are not.
We offer two Standard Sizes for our Currumbin Setting

THE SOLID TIMBER MAN
This setting is part of our The Solid Timber Man range manufactured from scratch on site at our factory in Queensland. All The Solid Timber Man furniture pieces can be purchased separately or Mix and Match to suit your needs. Predominately we use Australian grown Cypress timber along with other Australian timbers. This setting on the other hand is manufactured using PNG grown Kwila for the tops. Its Cypress frames have been fastened together with heavy duty bolts. That is to say unlike cheap imports which use flimsy screws that can’t be tightened and wear holes over time.

Each piece of timber outdoor furniture from The Solid Timber Man range has been pre-coated twice with
Cutek oil.
Cutek is an oil based wood protection system that penetrates deeply into the timber where it works to control moisture from inside out.
Cutek products do not peel off or crack. They impart exceptional long term stability to the timber. They also enhance the natural beauty of wood without obscuring its natural characteristics and features.
